Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how and when your SUGARESSENCE PRO order reaches you.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Orders placed after [time/cutoff] or on weekends begin processing the next business day.
Shipping rates & methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. We currently offer:
- Standard shipping — [carrier, e.g. USPS], typically [3–7] business days after dispatch.
- Expedited shipping — [carrier/option], typically [1–3] business days after dispatch.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $[amount].
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding — if you’re outside our current zone and would like SUGARESSENCE PRO in your region, email us at hello@sugaressencepro.com.
Tracking your order
A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Delivery delays
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package leaves our hands it’s in the carrier’s care, and we can’t control carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, email hello@sugaressencepro.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and, where relevant, a photo. We’ll make it right.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, and re-shipping costs for returned-to-sender packages may apply.
