Refund & Returns Policy
We want you smooth and satisfied. Because our products are cosmetic, skin-contact items, hygiene rules shape what we can and can’t take back — here’s exactly how it works.
Unopened products
You may return unopened, unused tubs in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, email us at hello@sugaressencepro.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
Opened or used products
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used sugaring paste, or on any product where the seal is broken. This protects the safety of every customer and is standard practice for skin-contact cosmetics.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, that’s on us. Email hello@sugaressencepro.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace it or refund you in full — including any return shipping.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale and clearance items are final sale.
How refunds work
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you don’t see it after that, check with your bank or card issuer first, as posting times vary, then contact us.
Return shipping
For eligible returns, you’re responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable — unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover it. We recommend a tracked service; we can’t guarantee receipt of items lost in transit.
Professional & wholesale orders
Wholesale and bulk orders may follow separate terms outlined in your invoice or wholesale agreement.
